I have the problem. I am really tired almost all the time. Its exhausting! I want to start the new year with a fresh, clean slate. Therefore I am going to do some preparation before I start my new year resolutions.
I will focus on my sleeping habits, eating habits and exercising habits. You will see these types of posts mixed in with the Christmas Posts.
