A couple of my family members have a shared Facebook group related to exercise. My aunt shared this plank challenge and we were supposed to do it together. I am on my fourth try, and I failed again. I missed 3 days. I am super excited to be doing this, however I notice I mostly have to do it on my knees. Such a weak one, this one.
I found this picture online which I printed on thick cardboard and hung up over my nightstand. This was I see it when I wake up. If I forget it in the morning I see it when I go to bed, and then I have to do it before I go to sleep. But the last few days I have gone to bed really late (wopsies) and I’ll have to try again after my holiday.

You can do it! I teach weekly fitness classes, and planks are ALWAYS a part of my routine for my students. Make sure you play some fun music, I find it is easier to forget the pain and just hold when you are listening to a song:)
