I think hummus tastes so good! I also love finger food, tapas, whatever you want to call it. I am all about sharing food. Last fall my family and I made an Arabian night dinner. We had all this different kinds of delicious food that we made together (the kitchen was a mess!). Here is the hummus recipe we made that night. I love that it’s so simple to make as well.
Ingredients:
- 2 15-ounce cans of chick peas
- ¼ cup raw sesame seeds
- 1 tbs olive oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp cumin
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender in the order above.
- Blend until smooth
- Serve with pita
