For someone who has never been a fan of chocolate mousse I just have to say – this is the most delicious chocolate mousse I have ever had in my entire life!
Ingredients:
- 220 g chocolate
- 140 g milk
- 3.3 g gelatin
- 2.8 dl whipped cream
Directions:
- Make the gelatin
- Bring the milk to a boil
- Add the chocolate, stir until all is melted and at 40 C
- Add the whipped cream
- Divide it into 6 glasses
- Add chocolate flakes and serve
