For those of you who follow me on Instagram, you might have seen me post this image yesterday of the delicious looking Strawberry, Marshmallows and Brownies Skewers.
This delicious and simple dessert is super easy to make and super easy to customize as well! I used a very simple brownies recipe (see bottom) that I made in my mini muffin maker aj-3104b, but you can also make it in any mini muffin trays in the oven.
Here is the little setup I made. For each skewer I have three strawberries (two with the top cut off and one with the top and bottom cut off), one marshmallow (cut in two) and two mini brownies.
I also used some mint leaves as decoration. Doesnt it just look super yummy?
My mum bought these super beautiful flowers and I really wanted to take a photo with them!
