This weeks snapshot(s) are taken yesterday when I completed my 3rd 10k run. I managed a time at 1:15:40 and I am pleased with that. My goal was better than 1:17:05 (my last run) but I was hoping to do better than 1:15. My knees started hurting at around 2 km and I was in so much pain I almost was not able to jog the last km. I ran the last 100 meters and collapsed right after goal. I really have to start exercising more, especially over longer distances (not just walking the dog). My sisters and I went out for Indian Food to celebrate. The food was delicious and we were so hungry. It was so nice to have some sister bonding time.
I am however super excited because I am starting the fearless 45 challenge on Monday. 45 days, 5 days a week, 20 minutes per day. The kickstart I need to get in shape (nothing makes you feel more out of shape than a 10 km). The best part is my family is participating! Two aunts, my uncle, my cousin and I will be working out every day with my older sister.
