These are seriously some of the most delicious cookies I have ever had. They are so super über yummy. We may or may not have made a double batch and eaten them all in like 3-4 days. We actually did not have enough granulated sugar on hand for this recipe, so we kinda just used a combo of different sugars we had on han. We also used gluten-free flour since my older sister is gluten intolerant.
Ingredients:
- 300 g butter
- 230 g brown sugar
- 200 g granulated sugar
- 4 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 large eggs (room temp)
- 400 g flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 100 g dark chocolate buttons
- 100 g milk chocolate buttons
- 100 g white chocolate buttons
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 160 C (320 F)
- In a bowl, add butter, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla extract
- Mix until it becomes fluffy, this will take a very long time – be patient
- Add 1 egg at a time and mix 2 minutes between each egg
- Mix flour, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl
- Add the dry to the wet and mix
- Add the chocolate chip and stir
- Add baking paper on a baking sheet and place 12 cookies per sheet, take about 1 tablespoon of dough per cookie
- Bake them for about 10-12 minutes, until they have become slightly golden around the edges
- Cool on a rack
- Enjoy the deliciousness of these amazing treats
I would love if you left me a comment :)
