You would think there is a ton of information out there on how to create the best sponsor/advertise here page on the internet. With lots of tips on what to include on the page to get people to by ad space on your blog from you. I have been looking a lot for this and I am sad to say there is so little information available that at least I found.
I think everyone should have a page like this on their blog. Even though you do not offer anything yet. Nothing is more frustrating to me seeing a blog I want to advertise on or swap buttons with and I cannot figure out anything. Create a page saying you do not offer anything at this time just saves a lot of time trying to figure out if you have hidden it somewhere else.
The next point is about pricing. Even though I have read it and seen it, I do not believe one should not state the price on the page. To be honest when I do not see I price I figure its expensive. I do not want to waste time and energy trying to figure out the pricing etc when it is more than I would like. I get that you want to be flexible but just update the prices often and I do not see a problem.
You should create a media kit for download directly from your site. I have not gotten a media kit myself yet, but when I figure everything about that out I will be posting a link here. Again, if someone is looking for a certain number of views or subscribers or anything then what would it matter if they had to email you for your kit or it is available straight from your page?
People love pictures, lets face it – it is easy on the eyes and breaks up the text. If you have a lot of growth in your stats or another relevant photo, add it!
Another thing to also include is what type of advertisement do you offer? Include size, location and any other relevant information – shout outs on Facebook, pinning posts etc. Also include how many are available and optional how many have been sold.
